Who can join?

We accept any k5-12th youth to be a member of RRYCC. For NICA participation, we accept any youth residing in the school districts listed to the right. You do not need to race in order to join our club, nor do you have to participate in every practice.

Our goal is to develop safe riders with a life-long love of riding!

Annual Membership

All RRYCC members are required to maintain a valid USA Cycling membership. Optionally, members can also choose to be a part of the National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA). Joining NICA is not a requirement unless the youth intends to participate in the NICA programs.

2026 RRYCC Base Membership

2+ practices per week
Access to various race series, except NICA

$175 RRYCC Club Fee (+ USAC Membership)

Optional NICA Membership Add-on

Access to all NICA programs/events/races

$360 additional paid to NICA

Note: RRYCC will send an invitation to join NICA if interest is identified during registration. NICA Membership can also be added at any time.

Note: Additional (optional) fees may apply (ie: individual race events, jerseys, etc.)
🚨 NEW for 2026: RRYCC Membership Reimbursement$50 will be reimbursed to each membership upon completion of 6 family member volunteer shifts.(reimburshement to paid out at the end of the season upon confirmation of the number of volunteer shifts.)

What can I expect after registering?

After registering online you will receive a confirmation email with the Waiver of Release and Code of Conduct forms that need to be signed and returned to complete your RRYCC registration. Upon verification of your registration, you will receive a welcome email from RRYCC.

Athlete's will need the following to be ready for practice:
