Root River Youth Cycling Club
We are a USA Cycling (USAC) Juniors Club, supporting a variety of cycling opportunities for youth. See below for some of the organizations we participate with.
Club Affiliations
USA Cycling (USAC) is a national organization supporting all forms of cycling year round.
Wisconsin Interscholastic Cycling League (WICL) is the Wisconsin state league of NICA.
National Interscholastic Cycling Association (NICA) s a 4 month a year program built with a High School Intermural structure that culminates in a race series.
Competition Series'
Root River Youth Cycling participates in the Wisconsin Offroad Series of Mountain Bike Races sanctioned by USAC. America’s largest state MTB race series.
Root River Youth Cycling is represented at some Wisconsin CX Races, this is a USAC sanctioned series.
NICA Programs We Support
Our NICA Teams
Root River Youth Cycling currently operates two NICA teams, the Root River Youth Cycling (Composite) Team supported by students from Whitnall, Greendale, Greenfield, and Franklin School Districts and the Oak Creek High School Team.
